11 Allotment Residential Subdivision
MH2 were engaged to assist in the design and construction of a proposed 11 Allotment Residential Subdivision located in Mildura. The clients are investors and required the services of an experienced civil engineering company that could design and manage the project to ensure the timely and cost-efficient delivery of this project. The project required two common property driveways for two body corporate areas, and new roadways to MRCC requirements to service the remaining 5 stand-alone allotments.
All underground services were required to each block, to achieve compliance from MRCC and local authorities.
The 11 allotments are nearing completion and will be ready early in 2023.
