MH2 were engaged to assist in the design and construction of a proposed 92 Allotment Residential & Commercial Subdivision located in Buronga. The clients have owned the land for two generations and required the services of an experienced civil engineering company that could design and manage their family farm into a new development site, and to ensure the timely and cost-efficient delivery of this project. The project required two commercial properties for the construction of approximately 18 new commercial tenancies, one additional commercial property for the existing Varapodio Estate (Business), and 89 residential properties which will be sold to maximise the return on their investments.

All underground services were required to each block, to achieve compliance from Wentworth Shire Council and local authorities.

The allotments have commenced construction and will be ready mid-late 2023.
