Directors Mick Hawtin & Mark Hooper purchased the ‘tired’ building from MASP once they had committed to moving into their new premises in Pine Avenue, Mildura. They quickly redesigned the internal layout, and front façade of the building, and managed the construction through their contacts in Mildura. All new services were connected into the building, and new landscaping and rear carparking was also completed. MH2 now operate their business from these premises, as well as tenanting out the additional office spaces. This refurbishment has really changed the look of Langtree Avenue in this area.
