MH2 were engaged to assist in the design and construction of a proposed 4 Lot Body Corporate Subdivision located in Mildura. The clients are investors and required the services of an experienced civil engineering company that could design and manage the project to ensure the timely and cost-efficient delivery of this project. The project required a new concrete common property driveway, and all underground services to each block, and to a high standard to achieve compliance from MRCC and local authorities.
The 4 blocks are now ready for the construction of 4 new residential townhouses in 2023.
